The shining attraction is the artistic charm that great movies offer. How kubrick uses some of the deranged details to reach the audience’s subconscious, the previously dissonant effect of terror, those details are very interesting to ponder.


For example, when the movie shows Wendy and Danny at home, Danny’s door is covered with cartoon decals. The dwarf doppy decal is the most prominent one.
